ATEM means “breathing” — a reflection of the rhythm, intention, and care behind everything we create.

ATEM was born from the desire to make garments consciously, through an artisanal and sustainable process that values both people and the environment. Every piece is created with attention to detail, respecting the time, materials, and craftsmanship involved in its making.

Guided by a “field to form” philosophy, we source most of our raw materials from local supply chains operating close to our workshop. Some materials come from India through a direct and transparent relationship with our suppliers, allowing us to maintain traceability while avoiding unnecessary intermediaries.

Each garment is produced in our workshop, where we cut, construct, and dye every piece using artisanal techniques and natural processes. We believe clothing should carry the character of the hands that make it and the materials it comes from.

Our commitment to sustainability continues beyond production. To avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste, we work on a made-to-order basis. Every garment is created once an order is placed and can be adapted according to the customer’s wishes, making each piece more personal and intentional.
