Shipping Policy

We carefully prepare every order and aim to dispatch purchases as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after payment has been received and accepted.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, collection launches, or promotional periods.

Shipping

All orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight and dimensions. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your DHL tracking number.

Estimated delivery times are provided by DHL and are for guidance only. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, Kyō cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, email address and telephone number are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Kyō is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the shipping cost or the purchase price displayed at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Kyō has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

If you refuse to pay applicable import duties or customs charges and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges, brokerage fees or other expenses incurred will be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
