Not happy with your order ? Kyo will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 14 calendar days after delivery, provided that the items have not been altered and still have their original tags attached. 

Please note that due to their nature, vintage items can not be returned, unless they have been grossly misrepresented.

Jewlery and items on sale are final sale and can neither be exchanged, nor refunded.

Before returning an item, please read the return procedure below and contact us at bonjourkyo@gmail.com for any questions you may have.

 

1. RETURN PROCEDURES:

  • Please contact us at bonjourkyo@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving your order and let us briefly know the reason of the return. You can request either a refund, a store credit or an exchange.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, only complete orders can be returned.
  • International orders (E.U. / outside E.U.) : Please return the order in its original condition with a tracking code to the address that we provided. When returning items from outside the E.U., please mark the items as « RETURN OF GOODS » on the custom form
  • Luxembourg orders : You can also return the item directly at KYO boutique in Luxembourg city.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s charge, unless the item has been misrepresented or damaged during transportation.
  • KYO will issue a refund within 4 business days after receiving your order to the same card you used when placing your order.

Please be aware that while we do our best to issue the refund as promptly as possible, processing times by your bank may vary and we have no influence on this.

 

2. DAMAGED ITEMS :

We carefully pack all items to prevent damage. In the event that despite our efforts, an item arrives damaged, please immeditialy contact us and send us a photo of the item and package. After we confirmed the damage, you can return the item following the procedure above (please reuse the original packaging or choose a similar sized packaging).

KYO will refund the return shipping cost including tracking once the item was returned.

 

3. NON-COMPLIANCE :

KYO’s exchange/refund policy is based on a compliance with the procedure mentioned above. Please note the following :

  • No refund or compensation can be claimed in case the customer provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
  • KYO will not issue refunds or compensations if the return instructions were not followed or if the returned parcel does not contain the original order in its unaltered condition.
  • Vintage items are not refunded, unless they have been grossly misrepresented. Please be aware that sizes are indicational and check the detailed measurements before placing an order.
  • After 14 calendar days after delivery, no claims for refund or return will be admitted.
