LEPAGóN Barro Ring

Big ring made of solid brass in Spain. Adjustable size from 5 to 17. Made in Spain. Lost-wax casting cire perdue process. This serie is about mud and Castilla la Mancha farmlands. It seems something you can modeled with your hands. That is why for this serie, y made the prototype hand-modeled in soft wax and after foundry procces, esculpted directly in brass.

I like to think it is like a potter work but with metal. Due to this process, the surface is irregular, with foundry pores and scars, preciously imperfect and masive.
