Orders are normally processed within 2 business days after the order has been submitted.

Depending on the destination, registered air mail provided by postal services is possible as well as DHL. Please note that if you choose this option, delays may vary and tracking will be more limited.

Only orders that contain a complete and valid shipping address and phone number can be processed. In case of incomplete shipping addresses, KYO reserves the right to request further information from the buyer, which may delay the shipping.
